Day 2
East Carolina University: 2011 Training Trip Blog - Day Two
ECU's Kali Gaskill will provide us with daily updates on the Pirates
Practice 2:
This evening was a sprint practice for my group. We did some warm up, then went off the blocks. Going off the blocks is always tiring, but we know in the long run it'll help us get to where we want to be with our events. It was different, because it was long course, but still a good set. It got a little cold toward the end, so getting out of the water to go off the blocks was slightly miserable. But when I say cold, i mean like 55...so not freezing. Its fun swimming outside when it starts to get chilly because steam starts to come off the water and it looks cool. My legs are just now starting to feel sore from the dryland we did this morning, so tomorrow will be interesting. On the bright side, day one is done!
Check back in each day for the latest updates from the Pirates!
