As the summer quickly approaches we get ready to gear up for the masses of summer leagues that are about to start! This weeks featured league is from the Montgomery County area.
Montgomery County Swim League features swimmers such as new 15-16 National Age Group Record holder Jack Conger. Conger swam a very impressive 1:44.03, in the 200 yard backstroke this year to set the new NAG record.
The league also featured current University of Texas standout Eric Friedland. Friedland holds MCSL records in the 100 I.M. and 100 Breaststroke. There are many other swimmers from this league who have gone on to do great things at the college and international levels.
There are so many fast swimmers that participate in summer leagues all around the country that rarely get the recognition that they deserve. Our hope is to connect each league together with the latest news and stories about fast swims from all over.
